Emergency call outs
We understand that a failed instrument can cause serious problems with your production. At Metrohm UK, we are committed to resolving any problems with your analyser as soon as we can. We have a team of experienced engineers located throughout the UK and Ireland. These individuals are on hand to offer practical advice over the phone and on site assistance.
All emergency calls should be logged through our office. If your analyser fails please call 01280 824824. If you have a contract, please have your unique contract number to hand. This will give us all the information that we need regarding the analyser you have on site and your address and contact details.
It is well worth mentioning that contract holders receive priority attention. Emergency call outs are also charged at a reduced contract holders rate, approximately 40% less than non contract customers.
Once you have logged your call, one of our engineers will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the problem. The engineer will try to resolve the issue over the phone to minimise your down time. If this is not achievable a visit may be in order. We will require a purchase order from your company before an engineer can attend. Please ensure this information gets to us as soon as practically possible to avoid delays in attendance.
