The Process Lab is a robust analytical system which allows various parameters to be measured at several measuring points in the production cycle.

The Process Lab is configured in accordance with your specific analytical requirements, this being achieved by combining several analytical modules:

These modules have hermetically separated process and electrical sections which are housed in a dust and splash proof housing. The modular concept means that your system is flexible i.e. the individual modules can be reconfigured in the future as part of a new analytical system as your requirements change

Standard interfaces permit the installation of the various analysis modules at different locations or separation of the control panel from the analysis module. This offers numerous advantages e.g. analytical tasks in Clean Rooms or Hazardous Areas.

tiamo is the comprehensive control and database software for full-scale automation of analytical tasks in the laboratory and the manufacturing process.

Networking & Process integration

Process Lab can be controlled via remote control

Process Lab can export analytical data to any LIMS system

Process Lab can operate as a client in the tiamo client/ server environment. Analysis data and methods are administered at a central location and made available, e.g. to the Laboratory.
