Storage	Over night or maximum over the weekend: Rinse the column for 30 min with 0.5 mL/min with ACN/Water 50:50 For longer period: Rinse the column for 30 min with Water with 0.5 mL/min and subequently with acetonitrile for again 30 min with 0.5 mL/min
